The present information regarding privacy describes the gathering mechanisms and processing of data received from www.mecmasrl.com. The following information can not be applied to other websites consulted by the user through links and/or activities posted by third parties. Site management methods are described, with regards both to visitors’ personal data and data spontaneously transmitted. Access to the site presumes consent to the gathering and processing of personal data, in accordance with the methods described in this statement.

Pursuant to (Italian) Legislative Decree N°196/2003 Article 13, containing provisions for the safeguarding of personal data, we would like to inform you that the data you voluntarily supplied to Mec.Ma. S.r.l. through this portal will be processed adopting appropriate measures in order to guarantee safety and privacy with respect to the abovementioned legislation.

1.1. This text regards data gathered through the portal, collected by online registration (or similar) processes, namely, the completion of fields, forms and contractual models, with the aim of receiving services offered by Mec.Ma. S.r.l.

1.2 The Owner of data protection collects personal and other information voluntarily written in the Portal’s registration forms. This data regards information necessary for supplying the services requested by the visitor and for contacting (personal data, email address, telephone number).

3.1. Giving personal data is optional. However, any missing information, even partial, of required data could mean that Mec.Ma. S.r.l. find it impossible to carry out the services requested.

4.1. Collected personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, if not in the cases covered by this information and/or by law and under the terms permitted hereby.

4.2. Personal data may be shared with those responsible or whom Mec.Ma has nominated. S.r.l. depending on their role and in accordance with instructions given, always and only to fulfill specific objectives indicated in this text.

5. Rights of the data subject

With regards to this data, subjects may exercise their rights in accordance with Article 7 of D.Lgs. 196/2003 within the terms and conditions covered by Article 8, 9 and 10 of the aforementioned decree.

5.2.4. the identity of the data holder, data supervisors and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, comma 2;

5.2.5. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated to or who may be acquainted with as designated representative of the state, supervisors or those charged.

5.3. Data subjects shall be entitled to obtain:

5.3.1. the updating, amendment or, when interested, the integration of the data;

5.3.2. the deletion, anonymous transformation or blocking of data that has been processed in breach of the law, including any data whose conservation is not required in relation to the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;

5.3.3. confirmation that the procedures illustrated at points a) and b) have been brought to the attention, even with reference to their contents, to those to whom the data has been communicated or divulged, except when this results in being impossible to achieve or would lead to the use of means that are evidently out of proportion, given the right that is being protected.

5.4. The party concerned has the right to oppose either totally or partially:
